In addition to talking to each client about the 1031 Exchange Rules and Qualifications that need to be met in order to complete an exchange, Above & Below 1031’s President/CEO, Whitney Nash, teaches an in-person class in the north Texas area to industry professionals and investors who want to gain a good understanding of what 1031 Exchanges entail.
The class is offered quarterly through CCAR and as scheduled with other businesses, such as lenders and title companies. It provides one hour of free CE to realtors but is open to anyone who wants to learn more.
